Delivery time to locations within the UK is 15-20 business days. VAT is included on all orders.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
All wallcoverings are printed to order, once the order has been placed cancellation is not possible. Custom made wallpaper (customised sizes) is not eligible for refund or exchange. We strongly advise you to purchase samples before placing orders to ensure you are happy with the product before you order.
For posters you will be responsible for return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required. Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.
If the item is faulty or an order error has been made by us, we will work hard to make it right.
If the return is due to the customer changing their mind or the result of a customer error, within the UK it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of the goods to Araré Collections.
International orders will be collected by our partner courier and the cost of return shipping to the UK will be deducted from your refund total; the cost of return shipment will be quoted when the return is requested.

Please note the goods can only be accepted for return by prior agreement with Araré Collections and must be returned within 14 days of order date. All rolls must be returned in a saleable, unopened condition, without damage. We recommend returning products using the same packaging that they were delivered in for protection.
Please note: we do not accept any returns of samples.

Although we have made every effort to take photos and display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. To be sure of colours and texture we strongly recommend you purchase samples before you place an order for wallpaper. Samples are available to order worldwide for all of our non-woven wallpaper, for the natural wallpaper please contact us.
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. You may not buy products for business and/or resale purposes. If you want to buy products as a business customer, please contact us for our trade offers and conditions.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any taxes relevant to the country where they are purchasing from.
